Sales Order gets deleted after invoicing. SalesFormLetter class has not been updated.

Check AR parameters -> Updates tab -> Safety level of invoiced orders (keep locked for not deleting after invoice)
What do you mean "SalesFormLetter has not been updated".
Do you have amount in the sales order.

Hi Ankur,
There is a parameter in the Accounts receivable module which you should investigate. On the A/R Parameters form, find the 'Updates' tab, and in the 'Invoice' area look at the 'Delete order after invoicing' and 'Delete order line invoiced in total' parameters.
