Empty Excel Sheet NAV 2013

Some of the client work station is unable to export data. The excel is opening but it is empty. Is their any issue on excel version? Excel version is 2007 SP2 and SP3..

Sample Page are Chart of Account List, Vendor List, Item List and Customer List.
