Management Reporter - Posted Transactions Showing as Unposted

Hello

This GP 2015 R2 end user of Management Reporter 2012 (MR) has shown that MR states that certain dollar figures of accounts are listed as Unposted values, even though GP is clearly showing those transactions as having been posted.

This client does not use the Data Mart. So, what is the best way of troubleshooting and eliminating this issue?

Just wondering if you are generating with unposted transactions. There is a selection in there for the unposted txns.

We have tried that, as well. But, we cannot locate any unposted transactions in GP.

Hello John -

Are there entries sitting in recurring batches? Also, have you tried check links on "transaction work" of financials series?

I will identify the account and send it to a new row definition and a new report definition.

Run that new report to see if dollars and cents show for Provisional Only option.

Actually, we recreated the Data Mart. That was the fix.
