Hello!
I am currently developing an integration for Dynamics and have created multiple activities for different contact methods like SMS Chat, Webchat, Video call etc. However Im having an issue where the "from" section on the timeline is using "ownerid" instead of "from" is there anyway I can change this so that the correct field is used?
I feel this is possible because it works for the default "phone call" activity. When editing the contact form, clicking the timeline and then selecting "phone call" I can see its using the "Default form" when I click edit on this and highlight the label the tooltip shows "Data field name: from". When I select my SMS Chat activity the data field name is "ownerid"

Is there anyway I can change the data field id?
