Mailbox and Server Profile missing Ribbon Buttons

Hello everyone,

Hope all of you are doing great.

As my title describes, we are having a problem recently where the buttons on, Mailbox or Server Profile, the buttons are missing completely.

Here is an example

I've also looked up a solution for this problem, but the best I found is this article : Ribbon Button Missing at Email Server Profile

1st Option is to change URL , for example, from crm.xxx.com to crm1.xxx.com.

2nd Option is to upgrade CRM

Edit: Solution to save using CTRL + S doesn't work either. Tried CTRL + S and even ALT + S, but CTRL + S tries to save the HTML page and not the form, ALT + S doesn't work completely.

But I was really hoping that this issue could be overcome without changing the url or updating CRM.

And here I would like to kindly ask, if anyone can help me out with an alternative solution for this problem

Hello Amit, thanks for you reply.

Yes, I did try it with Chrome, IE and Brave browsers, but still didn't have this ribbon to show up, unfortunately.

As well, I've noticed that nothing on this form works, cannot expand tabs either and looks like nothing is working on this form.

I've tried creating a new form and making it default, but this didn't work either.

I'm also getting some errors in browser console, not sure if it has to do with this issue

Do you have administration role? Also clear cache on the browser.... Try to use incognito mode once.

Hey, Amit. Yes, I have System Administrator and System Customizer.

As well, I have cleared cache and tried with incognito mode, unfortunately, it didn't work either.

I guess you can create a MS ticket they can help to resolve this issue.... Also have you checked wheather same thing is happening in lower environments?

Sure, we are going to open a ticket for MS. In regards to which environment its occurring, this problem is present only in Production environment, on development and certification environments, it works just fine.

Can you check the Prod and lower environment versions probably that may be the issue.

Hello, Amit. We have the same version across all environments and it is the on-premises version.
