Getting documentbody as null when using webapi to get annotations of Email.

Hi ,

I have been trying to build an application to get all the documents which we identified were not pushed to azure blob due to recent license expiry. and then trying to re attach them so that necessary plugins will trigger. I am able to get annotations for other entities perfectly, except for emails. When I look at documentbody of annotation of an email , I am getting a null value.

I have used advanced find to get the notes list and checked if they have attachments. I can see that they have attachments as shown in following screenshot.

Hi,

This issue is resolved, After some investigation found that the attachment was already moved to azure blob which is why we were getting document body as empty. We had to disable few plugins to test it again and this time we got document body as the document is still in CRM.
