Interactive Service Hub - Enabling (system) entities

Hello,

I am configuring the Interactive Service Hub in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016.

Custom entities you can enable for interactive experience. Is there any way to enable system entities? In system entities the option is disabled - you can not click it. I need other system entities for the ISH.

    some system entities are already enabled by default.

    Manage different record types In the interactive service hub, you can work with record types that are enabled for the interactive experience. By default, the following record types, which you’ll most commonly use to manage your customer service, are enabled:  Accounts  Contacts  Cases  Activities: Email, Task, Appointment, Phone Call, Social Activity  Queue items  Dashboards  Social profiles You can also see interactive dashboards in the interactive service hub."
