what is the best way to extract data from crm so that we can give it to the lead sources for de-duping? I ask this because of the 10,000 limit or whatever it is.

Could you explain your requirement in more detail? Are you trying to use CRM's merge records feature to de-dupe your accounts, contacts or leads? Or do you just need to export more than 10,000 records? If you export the records, what will you do with them afterwards? -- how will this improve data quality in CRM?
What I need to do is to be able to export more than 10,000 at a time because I am asked to get a list of all our leads that we can send to the lead supplier so they don't send in any duplicate and we aren't paying for any duplicates.
