Hello community, I want your support with this matter in the module of suppliers > payments > journal of payments to suppliers, when selecting a batch of journal that has completed its flow I want to add a pdf document, this is in the upper right part, when I enter to add the file, the create new and delete buttons are disabled, do you think there is a way to enable them?

    Hi Reyedrouf

Would this process affect other features of the system?

Then this is OOB feature. You cannot restrict that.

    Thanks,

    Hi Franciso,

Once a journal is approved or posted, documents cannot be attached by default. However, documents can be attached prior to the journal being posted.

Should you wish to enable the feature of attaching documents even after the journal has been posted, please follow these steps:

    1. Navigate to 'Organisation Administration'.
    2. Proceed to 'Document Management'.
    3. Select 'Active Document Tables'.
    4. Add the reference table '9615'.
    5. Ensure the 'Always Enabled' option is marked.
Once these steps are completed, you can attach documents irrespective of whether the journal has been approved or posted.

    Thanks
    Rayed

    Hi Francisco,

I think it has to do something with the status field.
Have you checked for the journals other then completed status?

    Thanks,
    Girish S.
