By topic I want to alert Product form "Best Before Period in day"

Will there be a way?

Please tell me the method

Hi,

So you want an alert when you have inventory that reaches its Before date?

Try configuring something like the following alert from the Inventory management -> Inquiries -> Dimensions -> Batches form. It will create an alert when the Best before date of a Batch of inventory hits todays date.

Hi Chanathip,

You can set this by enabling batch dimension. You can configure the shelf life & the best before dates for batches in the item master. To apply notifications simply you can right click the best before date field and setup alerts.

Hi Chanathip,

Just right click on the field and click on create alert rule,

Select the event to is due, if you want to setup for due date.

Select all records for batches if you want to notify for all.

Hi Chanathip,

It will be displayed on the bottom right corner of the application. There would be a bell icon, where all the alerts will be available.
