Closing and Adjustment - On Hand Freeze

Hi All,

I need to perform Adjustment, but the "On Hand" button is freeze

When the on hand button is freeze, what should we do? This is first doing this, Im not too sure what are the things that I missed out.

    Can you select a 'closing' line and open the drop down menu again?
