Sales Tax in Sales Order does not appear even though it has been setup

Hi my friends, greeting!

Why does the Sales Tax on the Sales Order not appear?

Even though I have already set the Item Sales Tax Group on the Sales order.

I have also setup the Sales Tax Group with a percentage of 10%.

But still not showing, what's wrong with this? Please help friends

Hello Antony,

Does the 10% tax rate apply to the period for which you entered the sales order?

Is the PPN sales tax code included in the sales tax group selected?

Can you explain where I can check the period that is applied to the tax rate?

Yes, the PPN Sales Tax Code has been included in the Sales Tax Group that I chose.

Yes I create sales line manually Osman.

I've tried changing the line amount but the sales tax value still doesn't appear

Hello Michael Antony,

I double checked your screenprints and noticed that you seem to have some country-specific modifications implemented in your machine.

As an example, in the sales tax group configuration I can see the term 'object pajak', which is not available in my standard D365 machine.

Can you have a chat with your system administrators about those additions to ensure that they are not responsible for this issue?
