After importing my organization to Dynamics 365,

I am missing Dynamics 365 V9 On-Premise missing Customer App - Customer Service Hub – how do I install

Seems like the forms and the app is missing

I did have this version 8

Any help to download and install is greatly appreciated.

Hi Nick - My suggestion would be here to open a ticket with Microsoft so that we can check why it's missing and how we can resolve it.

It is not the sales Hub I am talking about but the Customer Service Hub.

This happens for upgraded organizations, OOB install works fine with a clean db.

Version installed is patched to: 9.0.14.12

But it happens with earlier patches too.

Can you please share the CRM Server version for v9 ? Also, does this issue only appears for upgraded orgs or do you see same issue if a new organization is created in same deployment ?

update:
The app is there but cases section does not load

however the cases do not load

just spinning

Help is greatly appreciated
