Hi,
My client is facing an issue where only one user fails to attach a document to the PO. Sometime the user can upload and sometimes gets the below error.
"The file cannot be saved in the database because it is currently locked."
Things we have tested
1. The other user with the same Role has no issue attaching the same documents to the PO.
2. Using the erroneous user credentials on other machines also giving the same error.
3. Tried clearing the cache, restart pc, close all other programs.
the suggestion in this link to go and update/save the record also doesn't work because there is no new record created. This means the document isn't uploading.
Also I checked the code behind and this error message is a bit confusing. The system gives the same error message even if it doesn't find the file. (Classes\DocuActionFile->insertDocuValue and Tables\DocuValue->writeDocuValue)
So the setup is correct and the issue seems to be with only one user. Any ideas on how to resolve this will much appreciated.
Note: There is no customization done on the Document handling or management part.

I was thinking the same but thought should see if anyone has faced such an issue earlier. I have suggested the client to re-create the user.
