Credit Card Processing in AX 2012 R2 (CU6)

I have a client that is currently using Authorize.net to capture CC payments on their external web site.  We are implementing Dynamics AX 2012, specifically R2 CU6 and we have discovered that the CC processing in AX has been change to use an external .dll and the only one that is available out of the box is the "Dynamics Online Payment Services".  It seems that MS wrote the .DLL for the MS payment services, but didn't write the .DLL for the Authorize.net that was a built-in option for previous releases.  Has anyone used the SDK to create the .DLL for Authorize.net or is there another way to accomodate using Authorize.net within AX 2012 R2 CU6.  Thank you in advance.
