Hey
I am looking for a way to configure KB articles in the portal so that when a user clicks on the link for the KB article, rather than being taken to an article details page, the note attachment (PDF copy of article) is downloaded.
Has anyone got any experience of doing this/have an idea of how I can get it configured?
If it is of use, this is a Customer Self Service portal and there have been no customizations of the KB article entity.
