Action message time fence

Hi all,

Is there a way you can exclude action messages on purchase orders in the period from today and 14 days from today but still receive messages after that period?

In my case you can't change anything about quantities and leadtimes for purchase orders that are already in production or in transport. To limit the amount of action message we receive I do not want to see messages on these purchase orders every day for 2 weeks whyle we can't action on them anymore.

Hi Crispin,

Thanks for your reply, but I'm not really looking for an "Out of office assistant". Basicelly I'm looking for a time fence on action messages from today until 365 days from today, excluding the first 2 weeks from today (as we can't effect PO's that are so close to delivery).

The 'Freeze time fence' parameter might do this. Can you set it to 14 and test it? It does other things too, mind....

I did some quick tests but I think the freeze time fence does not have affect on the action messages.

No, I dont believe it is possible, you would need to filter the results out if possible.
