Error on Lead Statuscode on Qualify to Opportunity

Hi,

We amended the Status codes on Leads and I then added the new codes to the Contacts and Opportunity Status Codes via customization with the same values. Also re-mapped the sourcecodes from Leads to Contacts and Opportunities. When we tried to Qualify a Lead it errored with the below message

I followed the below document

Still it didn't work so I removed the mapping of the statuscode field from Lead to Contact, Lead to Opportunity and also Lead to Account
Published all customizations
Tried again and I get the same error.
Checked and the mapping has gone for the statuscode so I am at a lose why it is still not working.

Have I missed out a step or something.

Resolved the issue, was required fields which were not displayed which needed to be filled in to qualify to Opportunity
