Hello,
when working with alerts in Customer Voice I can't assign an alert to a user. I can see the alerts and open the interface to assign a user. However when I type in the Email of the user I can't click the assign button.
Any ideas?
The users are not in a distribution list.
Hi -- can you confirm that the alert is assigned to a user inside your organization (has AAD email account)? If so and still experiencing the issue, please send us your tenant ID and survey link to customervoice@microsoft.com and we can take a look.
