For example technician normal working hours is setup from 9:00 to 18:00 (other time is overtime).

Technician was travelling to the object from 17:00 to 18:30, then working in the object from 18:30 to 19:30.
QUESTION1: In this case booking journal will looks as below?
17:00-18:00 Travel
18:00-19:30 Overtime

Technician was travelling to the object from 16:00 to 17:00, then working in the object from 17:00 to 19:00.
QUESTION2: In this case booking journal will looks as below?
16:00-17:00 Travel
17:00-18:00 Working Hours
18:00-19:30 Overtime

Both of your assumptions are correct. Within working hours the journal is split into travel and work, outside working hours everything is considered overtime. (ignoring business closure here....)
