    Hello,

Unfortunately this is not a customization setting.

Please refer to this documentation, especially the last section 'Maximum number of processes, stages, and steps':

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/developer/model-business-process-flows#maximum-number-of-processes-stages-and-steps

    The following settings aren’t customizable:

    • The maximum number of stages per entity in the process is 30.

    • The maximum number of steps in each stage is 30.

    • The maximum number of entities that can participate in the process flow is 5.

Thanks for the quick answer, but is there any unsupported way to do it ? as we do many things in CRM which are not Customization settings, like increasing dashboard control limit

    Hi Bilal,

Please re-consider your design. 30 stages in BPF will affect the performance of your CRM system.Try to split your logic if possible.

Sorry, there is also no unsupported way that is currently documented, it is a limitation we have to live with.

Please consider splitting up your flow.

No, there is no unsupported way to customize this
