There is no BPM library to populate the BPM tree

We noticed that when configuring task recording our end users can't save task recordings to LCS. In the Dynamics environment, they are setups as system administrators and when they attempt to save they appear to automatically be assigned to LCS contributor roles.  the are receiving the error in the subject and a screenshot is below.

As an LCS owner and system administrator in the environment, I don't receive the error and can save to LCS.

There was a prior post to this form for the same error and indicated the user need to all be members of the same tenant -- which is the case for the end-users.

Is there an additional configuration or authority required to allow a user to save to LCS? Are there other things that may cause this issue?

    MarcRohde,

There are 2 things you need to check/setup.

    1. The users need to be setup with at least Project Team member role on the LCS project connected to this environment.

    2. Make sure the BPM library is created in the LCS project and make sure you have selected the LCS project under Help tab on the System Parameters page in F&O. See screenshot below.

Thanks, the issue was that we didn't provie the user LCS permissions. Once we did the test users were able to save to LCS.

One thing that admins will need to keep in mind is that these users will now have authortiy to do much more than just save to LCS -- we are going to change our strategy around who will be saving task recordings based on this.
