BC mobile app - Android

Hi,
Since this morning, I’ve been experiencing a problem logging in to the Business Central mobile app. Whenever I try to log in, I receive the message “Something went wrong…”.

I’ve tested this with different users and different environments, but the issue persists in all cases. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

    I just tested it on a customer's tablet and it works fine. Here is its version number.
    Version: US Business Central 27.3 (Platform 27.0.45063.0 + Application 27.3.44313.46026)

    If the Business Central mobile app suddenly shows “Something went wrong…” for all users and environments, it’s usually not a user setup issue but either a Microsoft service incident (check Microsoft 365 Admin Center → Health → Service health), an authentication problem with Entra ID (test web login, check Conditional Access/MFA changes), or a mobile app issue (update the app, clear cache, or reinstall). If web login also fails, it’s likely a tenant/service problem; if only mobile fails, focus on device policies or app version.

    Thanks, but we still have the same issue. It is Serbian environment W1 27.4 (platform 27.0.45771.0 + Application 27.4.45366.46289)

    Hi,
    Web login works; the issue occurs only in the mobile app. The issue is same for all users and environments. 
    We tested on multiple devices with different Android versions, also tried reinstalling the app and clearing the cache. The same issue occurs across three different tenants.

    Try using Business Central in your mobile browser (like Chrome) via https://businesscentral.dynamics.com

    Check if your IT team recently enabled a Conditional Access policy

    Thanks. It works in the mobile browser, but it is almost unusable for daily work. The latest testing showed that the app works for BC version 27.3, but not for 27.4.
