Automating a Quick Campaign

I would like to do the following, but unable to easily find guides on how to do it.

I'm new to CRM.

To explain

I've created a contact view that shows all contacts for an 8 to 9 month period.
Which I then manually add to a marketing list.
I then create a quick campaign from this marketing list to send an email from a template.

I need to do this on a monthly basis and the contact view will always be different based on the month.

So Ideally I'm looking for automation/workflow.

I need the workflow to add the contacts found on contact view "8 to 9-month contacts" to a Marketing list (has to be new every time I would imagine, as I don't want the previous month's contacts being included)
Then I need it to generate a quick campaign to email them a set template (I've got the template already)
I need this workflow/automation to run automatically each month once.

Can anyone point me in the right direction, is this possible? if so how is it best done? workflows or is there another automation area I can do this.

Like I said, not trained in CRM at all, but willing to learn and trial and error any articles or videos sent my way.

    Hi,

As I could not understand the meaning of “8 to 9 month period”, I am tentatively interpreting this as contacts created more than 8 months ago but not more than 9 months ago.

Then you can create a dynamic marketing list which is targeted at Contact.

Click the “Manage members” button in the top of the form and set the conditions of contact as the following screenshot.

It allows to filter out the contacts who are created between the last 8 and 9 months.

After saving the marketing list, create a scheduled cloud flow to achieve the automation. Schedule Cloud Flow can repeat the flow the process as often as you set it.

If this helped you, I'd appreciate it if you'd mark this as a Verified Answer, which may in turn help others as well.

    Best Regards,

    Nya
