Purchase requisition workflow stops because of an error message in the "Approve purchase requisition" step

Hi,

I have a problem with a purchase requisition's approval. The workflow assigns a work item and (as assigned user) i am able to approve it, but the approval cannot be completed. I have attached a screenshot below to clarify the error.

    Can you select erroneous the line  and share the screenshot? So we can see the error details

    Hi,

    Are you using the Tutorial_WorkflowProcessor form, or batch job?

    If it works when Tutorial_WorkflowProcessor form triggered but won't work with batch job, then it is most likely a CIL issue. In a similar thread, this issue was solved by generating Full CIL.

    Can you try again after generating a full CIL?

    I don't really think that it is a syncronization issue but, you can give it a shot, too after generating full CIL.
