On premise CRM integration with SharePoint on premise using NTLM authentication

The Dynamics 365 server and the SharePoint server sit behind a firewall with no access to the internet.  Users only access the servers from within the network.  Is it possible to use the SharePoint integration without setting up Claims based authentication but to continue using Windows NTLM authentication?
