Termination - error with valid dates

Hello, community,

where should I check the valid dates for termination?

What dates is the system checking when I want to terminate the worker?

Is there any way how to debug the messages? How get more information from the messages?

I have the same question (0)

    Hello Mantas,

You should be able to choose the same dates here as typically these are indeed the same dates, what about trying to change the times so they are not equal? Maybe changing the time of Last day worked to when the employee's shift ended and then making the termination time right after their shift was over? Example 4PM last day worked, termination time 5PM same day. That way it is still the same day, but the time being different and changed may fix this error.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi   ,

just tried your hypothesis and get the result:

because we're using the personnel actions, after I want to complete the actions, I get the same error.

I don't get it, maybe there are some dates with the employee card? All employees were uploaded with Data management.

I looked some more into this, and it looks like it needs to be debugged. Please see this post below with the same issue.

    Hi Mantas,

What is the employment start date and end date for this worker?

Also, make sure the termination date is greater than the employment start date.

    Hi Parag Chapre ,

the termination date is greater than the employment start date (employment start date 2021-01-04 00:00:00)

The employment end date is not set. Do I need to set the employment end date first, and then initiate Terminate operation?
