We are planning to implement click to call in the unified interface. We have a customized phone call main from that we use in our environment and we would like this from displayed when a user clicks on the phone icon for a phone number field on the contact form, rather than having the quick create form displayed. In our sandbox environments, clicking on the phone icon does open the main form and not the quick create form. I can't figure out what is different in our non-production environment that allows it to open the main form instead of the quick create.
Does anyone know how to set which form is opened when you click the click-to-call button for a phone number field?
