Dear All,
I a very new to this HR Management world. My client is very confused to opt between Workday HCM or D365 Talent.I had done some R & D in this but I see similar information.
Can any one please help me giving some information in the form of bullets points instead of paragraphs or lines ,So that I can understand it easily and convince my client o adopt D365 Talent
Workday is more matured product and D365 Talent still has long way to go but its getting better for every release. If the customer is going for D365 Finance and Operations for other operative processes, definitely D365 Talent is recommended because of its sheer integration. If customer is only looking for HR solution, then it would be tough choice but I recommend to go for D365 Talent because it is:
1. User friendly
2. Deep integration with Office 365
3. Can integrate with any system
4. Any gaps identified can be done using MS PowerApps
5. Power BI is integrated to D365 Talent
Am sure Workday also may be having the same but Microsoft's integration is seamless.
Donno if I have sounded biased here ;)
But I think D365 Finance and Operations also having HRM .Then why microsoft launched D365 Talent ?
