"an error has occurred" error after installation

hi guys

I Installed dynamics 365 v9 on my server and everything looks normal but after the installation ended, I tried to open the application with localhost address but it shows the error bellow can anyone help me please

p.s:

the organization in my deployment manager is in pending status. could this error be connected to this problem?
