External approval approvers outside D365CE Sales

Hi to all

I have a client who wants to incorporate as a workflow approval team to some external personnel.

I´m looking the way to incorporate this users into the workflow without being a D365 licensed users, but I didnt find the way.

The problem is not the cost of the Team Members or Activity license on D365 but is the Email or Domain accounts (office 365) policies.

    Hello,

    Hope you are doing good.

    As per OOB behavior External Approval not possible in CRM System. We need a License so that if we are writing workflows or updating or doing any CRUD operations.

    i am aware of this, and this users doesnt have a license but i will believe there is a other option to solve this.

    Hi, 

    A portal can help you manage approvals with external users.

    Also, you can test this solution available on appSource. I think it offers a portal to manage approvals with external users.

    Hi,

    As you mentioned that "the problem is not the cost of the Team Members or Activity license on D365 but is the Email or Domain accounts (office 365) policies", you can try to invite these users as guest users.
