    RE: Slow problem

Please answer following questions so that we can provide you a solution.

    01. How long it takes to load the customer list?

    02. Is it happen all the time you load and then work perfectly ok or does it happen every time you scroll down the list?

03.How many customers are displayed in the list at a one time?

As jonathan said please check are there any modifications done to Customer list.

Specially check are there any calculations or lookup fields are added to customer list.

then check if customer list was customized (bad, slow code). compare with original version from cronus database.

other chance. start sql profiler, run customer list, check sql profiling log for long run statements.

    RE: Slow problem

first check network and database settings.

check also if there is enough file space on the drive where the database is located.

check size of db log file, eventually shrink it.
