I'm using Dynamics 365 Email Marketing with lots of pre-built content blocks - so staff can just build the email & insert the content block they need.
Our Content blocks are built with data-sub-blocks, so that staff for example could delete a button from the content block if they don't need it.
After an update to Dynamics this week, while we can edit the sub-content blocks (like a button) to change the text\size\colour, the Delete button appears but no longer does anything.
Just wondering if anyone else is seeing this, or know of a work around - so staff wont need to contact IT to update the HTML to remove the sub-content which isn't wanted?
As in my picture above, if you click on the recycle icon for the button selected - it no longer functions.
Hi,
Do you mean that the button is containing in a content block which is live and has been added into a marketing email
and you'd like to delete the button from the email designer directly?
If yes, based on my test, it cannot be done.
You can achieve it by editing the content block.
