Job family not showing in all position even if I have in job

Hello Guys,

When I load positions via data entity (position v2) I can't see the job family related to the job (screen 1) (Even if I have the family job in the job forms - screen 2)

And please do do you got any idea why I cant load the positions via the data entity when I modify" WORKERASSIGNMENTEND" :

I got the bellow error:

"Results. Cannot edit a record in Position worker assignments (HcmPositionWorkerAssignment). 'Assignment end' column cannot be updated in change tracking mode."

Hi,

If case you have two questions, please create two posts next time.

The position details entity appears to not have any support for the job family field. You can create an extension for the data entity or a runnable script that will update the records.

For the second question, are you importing new positions or are you updating existing positions when you get this error?

Hey @André,

Yes noted.

For both, I do usually export my entity, in case I want to add new position I modify my export with the new one. and the load passes successfully. but once I touch that colum in (in case of creation or updating) the load doesnt pass. even if it is always the same format.

Do you know what does change tracking mode mean?

Change tracking means that on the SQL server level a marker is set in case when records are modified. This is e.g. used for change-based integrations, like recurring export and updating data in Synapse link or Fabric.
