Can not Report as finished

Hello All,

I try to run RAF, but I see this error

"Operation number #, Primary has not been report as finished"

"Job BSD-001812 has not been reported as finished"

I do not check "Accept error"

I do not check "End-mark route" when I start batch order.

I have some question.

1. I think if I do not check "End-mark route", system will be think I have another route want to be record. Do I think right?

2. I also do not check "End-mark picking list", why does system have not warning the same as route when I RAF?

3. If I forget check "End-mark route" and "End-mark picking list" in start and check "Accept error" in RAF, I still can End batch order, who can explain it to me?

    You need to understand the options when you "Start" production, the parameter has settings on how you create picking and route journals. There are also similar settings on RAF.

    With point 2 it depends upon your scheduling setup etc. There are several options here, but in reality you create job cards when you use shop floor control (MES).

    This is not something easily defined here, because in reality it is a lot of the production course. I suggest reading the manuals first.

    My first question is why are you creating jobs, my second is when are you creating the route and are you automatically posting it?

    For your answers,

    1. Yes if you do not mark it the system will assume you have more to do

    2. That will depend upon how you are flushing and when you create your picking list.

    3. You should not be able to End the order until material and time is reported, depending upon your settings.
