It has disappeared from the task bar and now there is the deprecated 365 Connector only to add.

It has disappeared from the task bar and now there is the deprecated 365 Connector only to add.
Thanks for responding - we found the issue to be that the user was not connected with the Microsoft Exchange online plan as required - it was an email setting. The problem has been addressed and fixed.

It would be great if you could post an image. The current version of Outlook App is on https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/outlook-app/overview. This will allow connecting with D365 Online and the latest OnPremise version. Also, check the version of your D365 as some of the old versions might have reached their end of lifecycle.
