Convert FnO licenses to Business Central License

Hi folks,

We brought FnO perpetual licenses and they never really used it as we did not go live. Now we want to implement Business Central on premise.

Would we be able to convert the license to Business Central Essentials and Team members without buying new one?

Hi Dinesh,

I believe it is possible and it's based on your agreement type. It will just be a primarily commercial process so your MS account manager will take care of it.

I would suggest to talk to your local MS representatives in your country/region and have a talk with them. There might be options but they should be able to give you a precise answer how this can be handled.
