Dear 

I am having an issue when trying to import new users to AX

The Active Directory domain controller name <DomainName> cannot be reached. Verify your permissions and network connectivity.

i checked if the user i am using is a domain account and it is , i verified using whoami 

can you please advise what might be the issue ?

    it was resolved using the

    ipconfig /flushdns

    ipconfig /registerdns
