How to clean remove and deinstall dual-write

Hi,

I implemented and installed the dual-write plugin on our Dynamics CRM cloud test enviroment, but we don't need this anymore because it doesn't fit our requirements after testing it. So I want to remove and deinstall it, because it causes some problems and conflicting with some of our customized solutions.

How can we remove and deinstall it clean from the Dynamics CRM?

Hello David,

Go to PowerApps Portal (make.powerapps.com) > make sure you are on the correct environment > solutions > search the 'Dual-Write' solution name > select and then click on remove.

If you encounter dependencies when trying to remove the solution you need first to deal with those dependencies properly
