Work Order not auto generating from Agreement

Hi All,

We seem to be having an issue with Work Orders not automatically generating from Agreement Booking Dates.

We have a Agreement Booking Date for the 1st November 2020 and the field "Generate Work Order Days In Advance" is set to 67 with "Auto Generate Work Order" set to Yes.

The workflow "Field Service - Generate Work Order for Agreement Booking Date" runs but is stuck on "Waiting For Event" - However if I select the Agreement Booking Date and click "Generate Work Order" the workflow runs successfully.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

I have the same question (0)

The comment above to check processes/workflows in D365 is incorrect. The logic has been moved to Power Automate a while ago. I've had this happen as well. Try locating the power automate flow in your environment by navigating to make.powerautomate.com/ (make sure you are in the correct environment) and open the default solution. Open the flow called 'Field Service - Flow - Generate Work Order for Agreement Booking Date'. Turn it off, and after a few seconds turn it back on. This fixed it for me.

PLEASE MARK THIS ANSWER AS VERIFIED IF HELPFUL.
