i was trying to install navision 2015 (Build 37874)
Source file not found fatal error occur : "...\Master.flf" not found .
i have checked that Master.flf file is their in that location still it giving error.

Did you shorten the path and install in admin mode??

Running the setup in admin mode should solve your issue ;-)

Download Dynamics NAV setup once again from customersource and then have it in the C drive without moving to any other inside folders (long file path length is a consideration). Then run the setup in the administrator mode.
Hope it would work.
Run the setup in Administration mode and i also recommend the Mohana suggestion to shorten the path
Sometimes I get these kind of errors because of long paths.
reduce the path by placing your software directly in D:
like D:\Build 37874\SQL... etc.
remove other folders ..

i have already given different port no with 8045,8046,8047,8048
but still its not working .....
