Hello everyone,

I know this is a new feature, but I'm hoping someone else has had this experience. I have this turned on in sandbox and it would be great EXCEPT, the summary doesn't show the comments. It's kind of pointless if I can see an work item is returned or rejected in the summary but doesn't show the comment from the approver. I think I did see the comment appear one time, but I can't get it to happen again. I tried adding additional fields in the Personalization of that section, but nothing is working now.

Any ideas if/how I can get the comments in the Summary by Copilot?

Hi Tracy,

AI is creating the summary which is not always aware of what is important to you. You can provide feedback to Microsoft, so they can check how to improve the summary feature. You can provide feedback with the thumbs up and down icons on the summary part.
