you can see who deleted (or created/updated) a sales order using the Transaction log (Sales and marketing/Inquiries/Transaction log) even after it has been deleted.

    Hi Muhammad Yousaf,

you can enable 'Created by' for table SalesTableDelete

Note: this will work only for future records

    Hi Anna,

To stop users manually deleting invoiced sales orders, you'd want to look at the 'Safety level of invoiced orders' parameter, which you can see in Sohaib's screenshot above.

    Thank you DAN & ANDRE!

I did turn on the option "Mark Order As Voided" and I can now find it in the Voided Sales Order form.

    Hi Paul,

If the parameter 'Mark order as voided' is enabled in the Accounts receivable parameters, you can find the deleted order in the form as mentioned by Dan.

But there is no functional support to get the sales order back in the original tables.

In fact the history tables contains sent Confirmations, Packing slips and Invoices. Standard AX does not have then need to keep the orders in the system forever. It is possible (and recommended) to clean up older Sales orders as the posted history is in the system.

Look in the form "Voided sales orders" that can be found under Sales and marketing/Inquiries/History/Vodided sales orders. I am not sure that you are able to get it back.
