Issues scanning

We are using GP 2019 (18.2.1036) and Fijitsu scanners, using a twain driver.  Scanner works fine outside of GP.  When attempting a scan within GP, it locks up the scanner and GP, have to kill the process.  After that, the scanner does not work until we re-install the driver (reboot does not resolve).  Are there any known issues with scanning with GP 2019 using a twain driver?

    We are also on windows 10 2004.
