Missing General journal data after AX DB server down

hi all,

After experiencing AX DB server down at office hour, some of our "general journal" data are missing. We can find out the missing data because after we create the general journal, we usually do the print. (not posted yet, but we usually do the print).

by cross check the printed data using its "JournalNum", we find out that the data is different. yes the JournalNum is exsist, but contain another/different data.

Could someone please share a thought, technically, regarding the case. Why the data is lost considering the fact the data already "saved" to the database?

every simple and small feedback would be appreciate

thank you
