Customer Service missing dependencies

Hi,

I'm facing some issue with importing unmanaged solution into fresh D365 environment. I get error about missing dependencies from other Managed solution. The weirdest thing is that we have installed Customer Service application on that organization but still some missing Managed solutions are on the list below:

What am I missing?

    Hi Maciej,

     I understand that you are trying to import a solution to the target environment however you are seeing missing dependencies related to Customer Service Application. You have verified that Customer Service application is installed on the target environment.

    Can you please verify that the version of Customer Service application is the same on the source and target environments?

    It is most likely that you have a different version of either the Customer Service Solutions or  the Portal Solution files in the different environments.  (Most of the dependencies shown in the screen shot are related to the PowerApps Portal, the adx_ prefix)

    The solution will be to update the Solution files, admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/environments then select the environment, then Resources->Dynamics 365 Apps and then look at the list of apps for those that have an Upgrade available in the status column.
