While I am trying to create a P.O. it gives an error that...
Blocked must be equal to 'No' in item No.=PM003. Current value is Yes .
Please suggest me that how can be it corrected.

But, you should be concerned that this filed is not filled there in the item card with a reason. If it is blocked, this might mean that someone does not want to use it in the database anymore, so unblocking it would help to resolve your posting issue, but might lead to bad process.
Check to see if the field 'BLOCKED' is yes or no for ITEM No. PM003.
If it is 'YES', then switch it to 'NO'

Hi
Go to the Specified Item --> card --> Blocked field , the blocked is Yes for the Item you have selected
Press F1 on the Blocked field on the Item card for more details
