Can you tell us more? When did you get this error? (E.g. on AOS start, when performing some action or so.) Did you make any configuration changes recently?

If it wasn't just one-off issue, configure Windows to collect AOS crash dumps and upload one to LCS for analysis. It may give you more information and suggest some hotfixes to install.

    I found the reason:

My cluster was broken, so AOS1 was inactive. The second AOS got an entry:

Object Server 01:  Server SERVER-AXAOS1 with ID 1 is marked as inactive as it has not updated its last alive time.

Object Server 01:  Releasing sessions for SERVER-AXAOS2@2712 server with ID 1 that is currently marked as dead.

So I guess: Orphaned Sessions in SYSCLIENTSESSIONS

There was a short interrupt between AOS1 und DB-SERVER.

The DB of AX-IDs could not be cleared.

The users on AOS2 get a session which exists in the DB

    So AOS2 crashed.

    Solution

    I restarted the AOS1 Server.

The AOS1 Server was in cluster again.

    The DB-IDs was cleared.
