It would be grateful if anyone advise how to check the complete customizations detail on D365FO On-Prem.

I have the same question (0)

What do you mean by that?

I wanted to check each and every customization by screen wise. Is there any place where I could check the completed customization's detail.

I'm sorry, but I still don't know how you want to "check" customizations. Do you mean that you want to identify all changes in code and metadata? If so, the place is where you can do that is a development environment connected to your source control system.

I do not want to identify all changes just want to know the number of customizations done on the base product.

Sorry, it wasn't clear to me that "to check the complete customizations detail" means that you just want to count them and you aren't actually interested in details.

Before you can count customizations, you need to define what you actually means by "a customization" and which ones you're interested in. For example, you may want to count all files with customizations (which includes both new objects and extensions) in your models (excluding ISVs - they're not "in the base product", but they aren't your customizations). Only when you have a definition like this, you know what you actually want to count. If you agree with my definition, you can simply count files in the folder with your model (or models).

If you're interested in something else, such as the number of user stories implemented, you'll need another approach. Understanding what you actually want is the key.
