Add Microsoft Teams as Custom Tile in Customer Journey

Hi,

I have a requirement to create a custom tile. 

Business requirement is sent microsoft teams message to all contacts who are picked in the segment. Can we have custom tile for Teams? 

If yes can anyone guide me how can I proceed with the same. Microsoft document says we need to create custom entity, but how Microsoft teams will get linked with custom entity and which service do I call in my plugin to trigger message to teams channel?

Any links and guidance on this please.

    In addition to documentation, you could also refer to Dilyana's articles about Custom Channel, which would be helpful for custom channel beginner to understand how does custom tile work:

    Instead of the custom entity, actually the entity that is used to link to Teams or other services is Custom Channel Activity. The custom entity can be regarded as a configuration file, it will be saved as a lookup field value of Custom Channel Activity.

    To connect with Teams, the flow should be triggered on creation of Custom Channel Activity, then in subsequent actions, you can do integration with Teams connector.

    This works like a charm thanks for this.

    One more query regarding custom channel, why don't we get the insights how we get channel being Emails which is OOB. The insights are very good for emails but when we select custom channel it doesn't show up, am I missing something ?
